Refund policy

We offer returns or exchanges for orders that include Checkout+.

Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that allows you to exchange your item.

• If you need to return an item for an exchange, refund, or store credit, visit our returns portal.
• Checkout+ cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in store credit or refund amounts.
• Coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
• You have 90 days within delivery date to submit a return.
• If you opt for an exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.
  

 

If you did not purchase Checkout+, you will not be able to make a return except in the case of damaged or faulty products.
